A Henderson Team Built Around What Is Under the Slab

Why a Henderson-only under-slab team

We did not set out to dig tunnels. We started as plumbers doing the everyday work of a busy desert city, and we kept running into the same scene. A homeowner would discover a slab leak or a failing drain, and the plan on the table was to break up the kitchen floor, pull the cabinets and live in a construction zone for weeks. The plumbing repair itself was often the smallest part of the bill. The tile, the patching and the disruption were the parts people remembered.

So we started doing it differently. We learned to locate problems under the slab precisely, then reach them from outside the foundation, so the inside of the house never had to be opened. Over time, under-slab work became the focus of everything we do, and Henderson became our home base. The city's mix of older copper and cast iron neighborhoods, newer master-planned communities, caliche, hard water and HOA rules gives under-slab plumbing here its own character, and we wanted to know it well rather than cover a huge territory thinly.

Today we work across Henderson and nearby Boulder City. You can see the under-slab repairs we handle or read our notes on Henderson neighborhoods. These are the values that guide every job.

What we hold ourselves to

Find it before you dig

Every job begins with testing and camera work. Digging without evidence wastes your money and your yard. If the results show a simpler fix, or no slab problem at all, we tell you.

Tell the truth about the options

Tunneling is our specialty, but it is not always the right answer. A reroute, a lining or a small floor opening may fit your house better, and we will say so, even when it means a smaller job for us.

Leave the home the way we found it

Floors, cabinets and finishes stay intact. Outside, we backfill and compact the tunnel in layers so the soil under your foundation is supported, and we clean up the work area before we leave.

Work within the rules

We plan for City of Henderson permits where they apply, respect HOA notice and work-hour rules, and encourage every homeowner to verify any contractor's license with the Nevada State Contractors Board before hiring. If you have questions first, reach our team through the contact form.

How a typical job runs

Locate before anything else

Every job starts with camera work and leak location, because the right repair depends on where the problem actually is.

Then choose the least disruptive fix

Sometimes that is a tunnel, sometimes a reroute through the walls. The common questions page walks through how that choice gets made.
