Services
This website describes under-slab plumbing services for homes in Henderson and Boulder City, Nevada, including leak location, slab leak repair, drain and sewer replacement, and remodel plumbing relocation. Content on this website is general information, not a diagnosis of any specific property. Work is performed by appropriately licensed contractors, and the availability of any service depends on your location and the conditions at your property.
Consultations and Estimates
Submitting a request through this website does not create a contract or guarantee that work will be scheduled. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and on conditions that can be observed or tested. Because under-slab conditions are hidden, an estimate may change if testing or excavation reveals conditions that were not visible, such as additional damage, caliche, rock or unexpected pipe routing. Any change in scope or price will be discussed with you before the added work proceeds. Unless stated otherwise in writing, an estimate is valid for a limited period noted on the estimate.
Service Agreements
Any repair or installation work will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and the contractor performing it. That agreement controls the scope, schedule, price, permits, restoration expectations and warranty for the job. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the written agreement controls.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, progress payments and final payment, are set out in your written service agreement. Payment is due as stated in that agreement. Unpaid balances may be subject to the remedies available under Nevada law.
Warranty
Warranty coverage, if any, is described only in your written service agreement and in any manufacturer warranties for materials used. Nothing on this website creates a warranty. We encourage you to ask any contractor for written warranty terms before work begins.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Website content is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Liability for any work performed is governed by your written service agreement and applicable law.
