Seven Hills Slab Leak Tunneling and Drain Work
Golf Course Homes With Finished Yards
Seven Hills grew from the mid-1990s onward around the Rio Secco Golf Club, a short distance east of the Henderson Executive Airport. Many lots back onto fairways or open desert, and most yards are fully landscaped.
Course-side backyards
Homes that back onto the course often have view fencing and limited rear access. We usually start tunnels from a side yard and leave the course edge undisturbed.
Boulders, rock and drip systems
Desert landscaping with large boulders and drip irrigation is the norm. We set those pieces aside, cap or protect drip lines, and return everything when the tunnel is closed.
Many of these yards were professionally designed with lighting, low-voltage wiring and sculpted grades. We locate wiring before digging, keep track of fixture positions, and restore the layout so the yard still looks finished when we leave.
Heavy equipment rarely makes sense on these lots. Much of the tunnel is dug by hand, which is slower but far gentler on landscaping and nearby structures.
Guard Gates and Association Rules
Getting crews through the gate
Several Seven Hills neighborhoods are guard-gated. We coordinate gate access ahead of time so crews and equipment get in without trouble or delays at the booth.
Contractor hours and parking
Many associations here have specific rules about contractor hours, street parking and dumpsters. Share yours with us and we will follow them closely.
Some associations want to see proof of insurance or a short work description before approving contractors. We keep those documents ready, and we are glad to talk directly with your management company if that makes things easier for you.
We also clean up daily, keep spoils off the street and cover open excavations overnight.

What Turns Up Under These Slabs
Supply lines from the late 1990s on
Homes from the late 1990s and 2000s often have copper or plastic water lines. Our slab leak process starts with pinpointing the leak, so the tunnel is no longer than it has to be.
Remodels that move fixtures
Bathroom and kitchen remodels are common in Seven Hills as owners update original finishes. If you are moving a toilet or shower, relocating drains for a remodel through a tunnel keeps new flooring intact.
If the issue is the main line, a tunneled sewer replacement can solve it without breaking the floor.
Hard water and modest settling are often cited when fittings start to fail at this age, though the exact cause is not always clear.
Large-format tile and wood floors are popular in remodeled Seven Hills homes, and those floors are hard to patch invisibly. That alone pushes many owners toward an outside tunnel.
When a home has several leaks, we may suggest an overhead reroute instead.

Owners who just want answers often start with a leak survey before any digging, which tells us whether the slab is even involved.
Many callers also want to know how long their yard will be open; on most lots we can give a realistic estimate after the first test.

Questions from Seven Hills homeowners
Can you get through the guard gate in my Seven Hills neighborhood?
Yes. We coordinate with you and the gate staff in advance so our crew is on the access list. Some communities also want contractor insurance information on file before work starts, and we can provide what they ask for. Let us know your gate rules when you book.
My house backs onto the golf course. Will you dig on the course side?
We avoid the course side whenever possible and usually start tunnels from a side yard. If the pipe location makes the rear yard the only practical entry, we discuss it with you and your HOA first. Rerouting through the walls is another option if outdoor access is too limited.
